When’s best to receive?

Fertility Experience; from day 3 of your bleed, up until ovulation. However, there are exceptions. Joanne encourages you to be in touch before booking. Together you will create the best date to receive.

Reconnection Experience; any time throughout your menstrual cycle.

What are the benefits of an abdominal massage?

Massaging the abdominal brings fresh, oxygenated blood to your womb and abdomen. It helps to release tension to your abdominal muscles, and the fascia that holds your organs in place, which can promote optimal gut and hormonal health.

Where’s The Womb Room?

She’s in Sevenoaks, Kent. - a 15min walk from Sevenoaks train station. If you’re driving there’s plenty of free on-street parking available.

How long is a Womb Healing?

Please give yourself 2.5 hours. Joanne also recommends clearing your diary for the rest of the day.
