Are you ready for the role of motherhood?

My daughter was made to feel “thick” after a 1-to-1 tuition session. She felt as though she wouldn’t be able to cope with her next academic year. She cried for two nights on the trot!

I was devastated. As an empath, I could feel her pain. I also felt so guilty for putting her with this tutor. I should have chosen more wisely.

The tutor hadn’t empowered her, like my clients feel when they leave The Womb Room. She had made her feel small.

So, what did I do?

On an evening dog walk, I noticed the tutor in her front garden. I could so easily have walked on and dealt with this through text messages, but no. Instead, I decided to speak to her.

I told the tutor exactly how my daughter was feeling. She tried to explain what had happened, but what really upset me was the complete lack of empathy.

I knew in that instant that this had to stop.

“This relationship wasn’t going to work,” I said, and before she could contest it, I began to walk away.

Confrontation isn’t my strength. But protecting my daughter’s energy, listening and standing up for her is my JOB.

And if you’re trying to conceive, one day it will be your job too. 👼

To listen.
To trust.
To protect.
To believe in the little soul you’re waiting to welcome.

Your fertility journey isn’t just about getting pregnant. It’s about learning how to be courageous and listen to your inner guidance along the way.

If you’re on a fertility journey and this resonates with you, perhaps it’s because you’re feeling ready to take on the job.

The offerings I share with my clients here in The Womb Room are designed to awaken and support the mother you are becoming.

Love,

Joanne, from The Womb Room
