What Does Your Baby Hear Before Conception?

Recently, I enrolled on a year-long sound course. I’m ready to deepen my understanding of the power of sound and its healing benefits.

It all began last year when I found myself in a Tibetan bowl pop-up shop one weekend. The sound practitioner told me that the bowls would choose me, and to stay open to whichever ones I felt drawn to.

I left with two bowls, without fully realising their significance at the time…

The first was tuned to the note C — a big, deep sound associated with the womb.

And the second was tuned to the note F — the sound connected to the heart.

Well… that pretty much sums me up! I’m forever reminding women to live from their heart and reconnect to their womb space.

Perfect, hey?

So far on the course, I’ve learned that each cell within our body carries its own unique frequency. When healing bowls are played, their vibrations begin to touch each cell, gently encouraging them back into harmony.

But long before healing bowls existed, it was our own voice that carried healing tones and frequencies.

It got me thinking…

A mother’s voice holds a healing power, and her words can be felt even before conception.

But how does she sound?

Is there a tone of desperation, stress, or anger?

How does she speak about herself? Is she negative, carrying words of criticism or unhappiness?

How do you think your baby would like to hear you?

Your voice holds the power to become a self-soothing and welcoming sound. One that can begin to connect with and encourage your baby, even before they are conceived.

It’s why I teach mothers-to-be a powerful mantra. And if I witness a mother speaking unkindly about herself, I gently remind her of the importance of mothering herself first.

As the mother begins to repeat this mantra, over and over again, I start to see a shift in her energy. It’s as though her cells begin to soften and change.

She begins connecting to her baby-to-be and feeling into the reality of becoming a mother.

The sound of your voice can touch the heart of your baby.

Sound.
Words.
They are truly powerful.

If you’re ready to explore my work further, I’d love to guide you. Message me for a discovery call, or book yourself in for a Womb Conception Experience or Remote Fertility Support.

And if you’ve read all of this, you’re definitely ready to start calling in your baby-to-be.
